The 13th Stage is set in Pym Technologies
HQ. It was added on April 7th, 2017, and is based on a stage from the Ant-Man event earlier the same year. The stage has 25 main missions and 5 extra missions.
The setting of the stage is based on the episode from comics and the 2015 movie where former con-man and burglar Scott Lang has to infiltrate the Pym Technologies HQ in order to steal or destroy Darren Cross's shrinkable suit to prevent him from becoming the supervillain 
Yellowjacket. As opposed to the same stage of the event, where the player has to fight Pym Technologies Guards, Stage 13 is a practice run, where the player has to just learn how to infiltrate the HQ. As such, the players has to fight practice fights with 
Wasp and 
Ant-Man as well as pick locks to several doors.
Locks are picked by making chains of exactly given lengths while the playing field is dissected with walls. The player is not able to chain through those walls until the lock is picked, and successfully making the chain removes the wall. Additionally, the time limit for those lockpicking missions is reduced to 30 seconds instead of normal 60. This is an unique type of challenge not found on any other Stage.
